Workflow

In the starting position the tong is helt closed by a spring. The tong is opend by pushing the handles together. The film to be sealed is placed between the sealing bars and the tong is closed again. Now the sealing bars can be positioned in the correct position. The sealing time can be set on the impulse generator and the sealing process is triggered by pushing the the switch on the handle of the tong. After the seealing time expired the diode extinguishes and the switch can be released. The sealing can be interrupted at any time by releasing the switch.
