Workflow

The funnel has to be taken off, in order to pull the tubular film over it. Then the funnel is placed on the suspension. For an easier usage we recommend our rolling-off device for film rolls. The lower filmedge is pulled down a little and the sealing is released. The shifting square is matched to the sized needed for the goods that are to be packed. The unit is now prepared for optimal usage.

The goods to be packed are filled into the funnel and fall down, due to their own weight, onto the shifting square. Now the seaeling impulse is released and the package is seperated from the remaining film.

It is possible to use more than just one funnel at a time, so you can produce more than one package in one single workstep.
