DTS - Dynamic Temperature Control
After short heating-up time the temperature is kept constant. Thus the welding times are shorter and the wear (heating volume and teflon isolations) are smaller.
Polythene (PE-Film)
Plastic film with various application types (tubular film, bags, shrink wrapping, stretchfilm). Consists of carbon and hydrogen, it produced when burned under optimized conditions only water and carbon dioxide. When discreated (burning, depositing) polyethylene behaves environmentalneutral.
Shrinkpackage
The package good is prepacked in shrinkable film and treated then with warmth. The film stretches itself around the package good. A shrinkpackage is not hermetic.
Seperationwire welding
For welding a rounded wire is used, which splits the film and seals both halves with a thin seam. Separation seams have a smaller firmness than flat seams and are not necessarily hermetic.
Vacuumpackage
The air is sucked oput of the bags and locked then hermetically. Is useed, in order to pack air or moisture-sensitive goods such as food or electronic elements. In order that air cannot penetrate again into the bag, special gas density bags are used (PA/PE).
Heat impulse weld procedure
The heating wire is heated after release of the welding impulse. In contrast to the continuousheated equipment during disuse no energy is used.
