GEHO UNIVERSAL 301 FS and 501 FS

The machines GEHO UNIVERSAL 301 FS and 501 FS enables you to form and seal blisterpackages with one machine. Blister are formed and subsequently sealed with paper, cardboard, aluminum etc. Many different sizes and shapes of products can be packed with these machines. They can be set in in various kinds of production areas.
Due to the advanced design of GEHO UNIVERSAL machines they can be set in for a fast and efficient production.

The tools can be exchanged easily in less than 5 minutes. Blisterdepth and -forms can be changed by means od additional plates or insertions (see pictures).
Special attention has been paid to an ergonimical and efficient place for the operator. Directly in front of the operating person is an area for packaging material and goods to be packed. Height of the machine is adjustable. Due to the automatic change of forming and sealing the machine is very easy to handle.
Nearly all thermoformable materials like PVC, PETG, PETGAG, APET and POLYSTYROL can be set in. As covermaterial all thermoplastic materials like sealable covered cardboards and aluminum TYVEG, MYLAR, medical paper etc. can be used.
The output of the machine depends on the blisterform, packaging material and the operating person. But it is possible to have more than 600 packages per hour.
