Work flow

Put the goods to be packed on the pack table under the upper film layer (1) and pull both film layers with the goods on the sealing frame table. Pull down the sealing frame until the magnet is engaged (3). Automatic release of sealing impulse and after run off the pre-set sealing time and short cooling time the magnet opens again (4). Now you can take out the ready package (5).
By use of the magnet the power for closing the sealing frame is small. The sealing frame opens automatically with support of a gas-compression-spring. This allows continuous, tiredness-free working.
A holding magnet holds the sealing frame after manual closing. The sealing frame opens automatically after the electronically controlled sealing- and cooling-time have expired.
